We want to enable our customers to defend themselves from a threat or enable them to ensure the protection of their people, material and infrastructure. We mainly concentrate on non-offensive systems that can stand alone and offer readyness for next generation conflict situations – may it to protect or transport cargo safely.

With a combined business- and knowledge experience of over hundred years, we are eager to build one of the most powerful defense companies in Europe, from the heart of Europe fighting for Europe with its allies around the globe to protect our societies and to enable us as mankind to thrive peaceful soon, again.

Our civil technology will be adapted to defense use and is superior to other technologies in this field. Our research showed several flaws of classical military tech and our aim is to change the game with the focus on independence of gas in the field, focus on robustness, low maintenance, reliability and superior performance.

As a multicultural hotspot, Stuttgart as the state capital of Baden Württemberg in Southern Germany, is the perfect location for innovation >from Europe for Europe< as it borders with France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria, with a huge industrial and defense network already to build up a new civil greentech and defense giant.

The first half of 2025 sent a clear message, especially to European/NATO-countries and value-sharing democracies around the world. Growing global uncertainties, a potential global recession with widespread economic decline across multiple countries, rising unemployment, reduced consumer spending due to higher prices/tariff wars and financial instabilities at least seem possible. This pushes political earthquakes and strengthens the need for action!

We probably all (!) agree that during the last decades of peace (for context: since WW2), most parts of mankind relied on powerful allies and a never ending peaceful nature of countries around the world. This situation is mostly over. International risks and damages (political, ideological or climate-driven) are rising and we have to be able to trust and defend our allies – or at least our own capabilities to protect our values and people.

Europe/NATO has to rearm quickly before getting attacked from outside forces or getting caught in external or internal disagreements after getting attacked partially in the nearer future.

Additionally, it must be understood that building up defense doesn't have to result in conflicts. If conflicts can be avoided by showing strength, that would be the ideal outcome... but are you willing to bet on it?

Missing ammunition + expensive spare parts + long sourcing periods of specific military equipment are the major hurdles to effective defense. That is why we concentrate on serial technology known from the automotive industry while our defense systems can be powered independently and technology-open by any suitable source of electricity.

We all hope that diplomatic skills and rationality will finally prevail but right now we experience erratic decision from country leaders and growing protectionism in a globalized world. "European" Programmes like the 6th generation fighters (FCAS & GCAP/TEMPEST) are great but will come too late when they will take off in 2035-2040 earliest, while drones, jamming and cyber-warfare massively supported by AI populism destroys whole civilizations until then.

We (Europe/NATO) still need to be prepared for field action and countermeasures to protect and defend our people, our possibility to transport material and our values. Especially with countries with whom we share the same democratic values. This may happen in close collaboration or even as „defensive protection as a service“.
